Tasks required:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers
  • Handle basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks (as needed)
  • Conduct internet research and compile data
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts (optional)
  • Assist in project tracking and task management
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of social media management
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with tools like Trello, Slack, Zoom, or Canva is a plus
