Tasks required:

  • Set 10–15 qualified appointments per month with decision-makers
  • Work leads using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Seamless.ai, Apollo, and YellowPages
  • Enroll prospects into custom sequences via HubSpot or basic CRM tools
  • Send personalized emails, texts, and Loom video recordings to drive engagement
  • Maintain up-to-date records and follow-ups in the CRM, ensuring leads are in the correct stage of the pipeline
  • Scrub, qualify, and segment contact lists based on buyer persona and campaign needs
  • Conduct basic research on prospects and companies before outreach
  • Track outreach metrics and report performance regularly
  • Follow up with no-shows and reschedule appointments when needed
  • Identify and suggest potential improvements in outreach strategies
  • Ensure timely response to inbound leads during working hours
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure proper handoff of qualified leads
  • Stay aligned with campaign goals, offers, and buyer persona details
  • Reference yourself as “EA” (Executive Assistant) when needed in communication
    (Optional) Handle or route incoming calls using IMAX phone system or RingCentral
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team and sales process

Requirements:

  • Experience in appointment setting, sales support, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, IMAX Digital, or similar CRM systems
  • Knowledge of contact sourcing platforms: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, Lusha
  • Comfortable doing Loom recordings and sending personalized outreach
  • Experience working with blue-collar industries or similar (roofing, HVAC, restoration)
  • Understanding of buyer personas and sales funnels
  • Familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions or roofing industry is a strong plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Tech-savvy with reliable internet and computer setup
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  • Clear and concise communicator with effective English verbal and written communication skills
