Tasks required:

  • Record and categorize financial transactions using QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial data
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
  • Organize and maintain financial documents, spreadsheets, and ledgers
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and cash flow management
  • Schedule and track financial deadlines using Google Calendar
  • Support tax preparation and compliance with relevant regulations with GST filings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) is a must
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and reconciliation
  • Experience working with Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Gmail
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
