Tasks required:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely manner.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for review.
- Assist with tax filings and compliance based on provincial regulations.
- Coordinate with accountants and other financial professionals as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.
- Support administrative tasks related to bookkeeping and financial management.

Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping experience with a strong track record of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Canadian accounting practices and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance.
- Understanding of financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, and able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
