Tasks required:
- Create visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations for executive-level use.
- Assist with client billing, invoicing, and ensuring timely follow-ups on payments.
- Manage execution of contracts, NDAs, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain accurate records and support document organization.
- Conduct light research and compile information for presentations or reports.
- Support scheduling, email management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and maintain organized files.
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to design, format, and edit professional presentations.
- Experience with invoicing and billing clients using software tools or platforms.
- Familiarity with handling contracts, NDAs, and other legal/administrative documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
