Tasks required:

  • Create visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations for executive-level use.
  • Assist with client billing, invoicing, and ensuring timely follow-ups on payments.
  • Manage execution of contracts, NDAs, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and support document organization.
  • Conduct light research and compile information for presentations or reports.
  • Support scheduling, email management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and maintain organized files.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to design, format, and edit professional presentations.
  • Experience with invoicing and billing clients using software tools or platforms.
  • Familiarity with handling contracts, NDAs, and other legal/administrative documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
