- Manage and update social media pages and website content regularly
- Assist in creating visual content using tools like Canva
- Monitor engagement and analytics across platforms to optimize performance
- Coordinate social media campaigns and giveaways
- Develop and manage the company newsletter (content planning, scheduling, and sending)
- Research and implement ways to educate the audience about the surveying industry
- Stay updated with social media trends and propose relevant strategies
- Perform internet research, transcription, and other ad hoc administrative tasks
