  • Manage and update social media pages and website content regularly
  • Assist in creating visual content using tools like Canva
  • Monitor engagement and analytics across platforms to optimize performance
  • Coordinate social media campaigns and giveaways
  • Develop and manage the company newsletter (content planning, scheduling, and sending)
  • Research and implement ways to educate the audience about the surveying industry
  • Stay updated with social media trends and propose relevant strategies
  • Perform internet research, transcription, and other ad hoc administrative tasks
