Tasks required:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to offer and educate the customers on the benefits of the products and/or services of the client to promote sales
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive efforts and research
- Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Cold call prospects to sell the products and services of the client
- Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Email clients to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Upsells customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services
- Keep detailed record of call logs and enter data accurately and consistently into the company’s database
- Must be able to track conversations and follow up with customers in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Virtual Sales Representative or equivalent
- Well-versed in business development, account management or outside sales
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation and closing deals
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
- Clear and concise communicator with a neutral English accent and effective verbal communication skills
- Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
