Tasks required:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to offer and educate the customers on the benefits of the products and/or services of the client to promote sales
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive efforts and research
  • Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Cold call prospects to sell the products and services of the client 
  • Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Email clients to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Upsells customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services
  • Keep detailed record of call logs and enter data accurately and consistently into the company’s database
  • Must be able to track conversations and follow up with customers in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Virtual Sales Representative or equivalent
  • Well-versed in business development, account management or outside sales
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications 
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation and closing deals
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
  • Clear and concise communicator with a neutral English accent and effective verbal communication skills
  • Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
