Tasks required:
- Plan, execute, and manage pre-launch and launch marketing campaigns for new products, services, or experiences
- Develop a social media calendar and maintain consistent daily posting across all platforms
- Write engaging captions and design visual content that aligns with the brand voice and target audience
- Create Instagram and TikTok Reels, short-form videos, and trend-driven content
- Design and distribute newsletters that inform, engage, and drive traffic or bookings
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta tags and descriptions
- Regularly update and optimize profile bios, highlights, and pinned posts
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement
- Track and analyze social media and email marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns
- Conduct research to identify trends, hashtags, and competitor insights
- Collaborate with internal or external creatives, influencers, or partners when needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience in travel and tourism marketing
- Proficient in managing social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Knowledge of SEO (on-page & off-page), keyword strategy, and meta-tagging
- Ability to create visually compelling and strategic Reels and other short-form video content
- Experience designing and executing newsletters
- Strong skills in copywriting, content planning, and brand storytelling
- Experience growing audiences, improving engagement, and managing a content strategy
