Tasks required:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various departments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for accurate analysis.
- Create and implement data models within Power BI to streamline reporting processes.
- Analyze and interpret data trends, offering actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in Power BI and data sources.
- Automate regular reporting tasks and maintain documentation on processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security in all reports.
- Provide training and support to internal users on Power BI usage and best practices.

Requirements:
- Must have 3-4 years experience as a Power BI expert or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report development.
- Knowledge of additional BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Google Data Studio.
- Understanding of business processes in finance, sales, or operations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data engineering principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and database design.
- Experience with connecting Power BI to various data sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication skills for explaining data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom).
