Tasks required:

  • Make timely wake-up calls to the client as scheduled.
  • Deliver personalized messages to help clients start their day with motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Provide gentle reminders or guidance on clients’ morning routines or any daily tasks, as specified.
  • Secure a photo from the client at 10:00 AM via WhatsApp as proof that they are preparing to go to work, ensuring they stay accountable to their morning routine.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and warm communication to create a supportive client experience.
  • Keep records of client interactions and update any preference changes in our system.
  • Work closely with the team to share feedback and improve service quality.
  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and motivating demeanor.
  • Available to work from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, Toronto time
  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
  • Highly reliable and punctual, with a commitment to adhering to the scheduled wake-up and photo-check times.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients of diverse backgrounds respectfully and professionally.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with motivational techniques and practices.
  • Background in psychology, wellness, or coaching.
  • Proficient with communication tools like Zoom, WhatsApp, or other platforms as needed.
