Tasks required:
- Make timely wake-up calls to the client as scheduled.
- Deliver personalized messages to help clients start their day with motivation and enthusiasm.
- Provide gentle reminders or guidance on clients’ morning routines or any daily tasks, as specified.
- Secure a photo from the client at 10:00 AM via WhatsApp as proof that they are preparing to go to work, ensuring they stay accountable to their morning routine.
- Maintain clear, professional, and warm communication to create a supportive client experience.
- Keep records of client interactions and update any preference changes in our system.
- Work closely with the team to share feedback and improve service quality.
- Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and motivating demeanor.
- Available to work from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, Toronto time
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
- Highly reliable and punctual, with a commitment to adhering to the scheduled wake-up and photo-check times.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage with clients of diverse backgrounds respectfully and professionally.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with motivational techniques and practices.
- Background in psychology, wellness, or coaching.
- Proficient with communication tools like Zoom, WhatsApp, or other platforms as needed.
