Tasks required:

  • Edit short-form video content (reels, shorts, clips) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Edit and repurpose podcast episodes into engaging short-form content
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms
  • Monitor performance analytics and recommend optimization strategies
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices
  • Collaborate with our team to align content with overall brand and messaging

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management
  • Proficiency in video and audio editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Descript, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of content formats and audience behavior on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9AM – 1PM AEST (Australian Time Zone)
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Past experience with an Agricultural Industry is a Plus.
  • Must be able to support with administrative duties as needed to support business objectives
