Tasks Required:

  • Business Development & Partnership Growth (70%)
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new clinic partnerships through strategic prospecting and outreach.
  • Conduct product demos, consultations, and presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Understand clinic operations, revenue goals, and client base to deliver tailored business solutions.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing, and terms while ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth and expansion.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools and report on key performance metrics.
  • Client Success & Relationship Management (30%)
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for clinic partners, ensuring confidence in product use and operational integration.
  • Provide ongoing business consultation to drive partner success and repeat revenue generation.
  • Support marketing initiatives—help clinics leverage promotional materials and campaigns effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner clinics, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement retention strategies.cts as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or medical devices.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing long-term client accounts.
  • Experience working with medical or aesthetic clinics is highly advantageous.
