Tasks Required:

  • Perform multi-currency consolidation of financial statements across entities and jurisdictions.
  • Manage and maintain accounting data within Zero (Xero) or similar financial systems.
  • Support or integrate with legacy accounting and case management tools (Proclaim experience is a plus).
  • Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
  • Assist with tax compliance and reporting for UK, US, and Cayman Islands entities.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline accounting processes and system workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or systems accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with Zero (Xero) or similar cloud accounting tools.
  • Understanding of multi-currency consolidation and intercompany transactions.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting automation or integration tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reviews or analyses simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with UK, US, and Cayman Islands tax rules and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Proclaim or other legacy financial/case management systems is a PLUS
