Tasks required:
- Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
- Generate and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Hold professional and engaging conversations with prospects.
- Effectively qualify leads and update CRM (Salesmate) with accurate data.
- Go the extra mile to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets.
- Collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams.
- Follow the scripts provided and adapt the messaging to suit the conversation.
- Attend regular training sessions and team huddles.
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales calls.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage potential clients and express ideas clearly.
- Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated to achieve goals.
- Comfortable using CRMs (Salesmate training will be provided).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
- Ability to work UK hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
