Tasks required:
- Record and categorize daily expenses, including credit card charges and supplier invoices.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and supplier accounts on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and expense summaries.
- Organize and maintain financial documentation to support year-end closing and audit preparation.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets for reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Communicate clearly and promptly regarding progress, discrepancies, or any issues identified.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Dext or similar accounting automation tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
