Tasks required:

  • Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies tailored to business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and target audience insights.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube networks.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages for better performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and targeting.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track performance and conversion data.
  • Identify trends and recommend adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Ensure spending aligns with overall marketing budget and financial objectives.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-quality ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Google Ads Expert or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear manner.
  • Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
  • Experience with additional PPC platforms like Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and its interplay with PPC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
