Tasks Required:

  • Conduct targeted prospecting aligned with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Build and execute multi-channel outreach sequences, primarily via LinkedIn and email where applicable
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Perform light qualification by identifying prospect intent, readiness, and relevance
  • Engage prospects and manage conversations through the early stages of the sales funnel
  • Set appointments or provide warm hand-offs to the sales team via Go High Level CRM
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and forward warm opportunities for follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect activity in Go High Level CRM

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or outbound prospecting roles
  • Hands-on experience using Go High Level CRM for lead management, tracking, and hand-offs
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with multi-channel outreach and structured sequences
  • Excellent written communication and prospecting messaging skills
  • Ability to identify prospect intent and qualify leads effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B outreach and appointment setting
  • Understanding of ICP development and outbound sales funnels
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume outreach environments
