Tasks required:
- Analyze customer purchase behavior across platforms like Klaviyo, Meta (Facebook),
- Google Analytics, and Shopify.
- Provide insights into customer segmentation, identifying key demographics, purchasing patterns, and customer lifetime value.
- Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns based on customer insights.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards that present customer trends, purchasing habits, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategies with data-driven recommendations.
- Measure and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts.
- Use customer data to support retention and loyalty strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data across all marketing platforms.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or a relevant role is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong experience with marketing analytics tools (Klaviyo, Meta, Google Analytics,
- Shopify, Amazon, Hubspot, Triple Whale, Lifetimely)
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Familiar with Pay Per Click
- Strong ability to identify trends and patterns in customer data.
- Experience in customer segmentation and marketing analytics.

- Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
