Tasks required:

  • Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
  • Generate and schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Hold professional and engaging conversations with prospects.
  • Effectively qualify leads and update CRM (Salesmate) with accurate data.
  • Go the extra mile to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets.
  • Collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams.
  • Follow the scripts provided and adapt the messaging to suit the conversation.
  • Attend regular training sessions and team huddles.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales calls.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to engage potential clients and express ideas clearly.
  • Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated to achieve goals.
  • Comfortable using CRMs (Salesmate training will be provided).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
  • Ability to work UK hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
