Tasks required:

  • Prepare and complete detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate software.
  • Interpret scopes of work from adjusters, contractors, and other documentation sources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Review and analyze documentation (photos, sketches, reports) to support estimate creation.
  • Provide written summaries and justifications for each estimate as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with pricing changes, software updates, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure timely delivery of estimates and revisions in accordance with project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Xactimate software is a MUST
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent writing, documentation, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates or projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus
  • Background in property insurance, restoration, or construction industries
  • Familiarity with estimating guidelines and insurance claim processes.
