Tasks required:
- Maintain and update the company newsletter to ensure timely and engaging communication.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including organizing documents and workflows through Google Workspace (Docs, Drive) and managing transactions in bill.com.
- Support HR functions by updating manuals, organizing employee records, onboarding new hires, maintaining SOPs, and assisting with payroll by processing invoices in QuickBooks.
- Perform basic website updates using Webflow to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, events, and schedules, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Post and schedule content on social media platforms (graphics provided).
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely support aligned with organizational goals.s.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive), with working knowledge of bill.com and Mailchimp is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks for invoice and payroll support.
- Familiarity with Webflow for simple website edits (preferred).
- Strong background in HR administration, including onboarding, updating SOPs, and maintaining employee files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Experience or familiarity with non-profit organizations is a plus.
