Tasks required:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
  • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone, especially in fashion/lifestyle niches.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community engagement.
  • Monitor trends in fashion, social media, and digital marketing to enhance content strategies.
  • Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
  • Design visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and promotional graphics using Canva.
  • Create mood boards, lookbooks, and branded templates for consistency.
  • Edit and enhance images/videos to align with fashion-forward aesthetics.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Use platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ConvertKit for basic email automation.
  • Ensure email designs align with brand identity and have compelling CTAs.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
  • Coordinate with influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
  • Conduct occasional market research for audience insights.
  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Canva designs and social media strategies.
  • An eye for fashion aesthetics, trends, and digital styling.
  • Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and email marketing platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of copywriting for captions, posts, and emails.
  • Knowledge of video editing (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
  • Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration management.
  • Understanding of basic paid ad strategies for social media.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
